You may return any unused, unworn, and undamaged items (with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact for lingerie) for a refund within 60 days of the delivery date. Lingerie items that have been worn, washed, or had their hygiene seals removed are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return:
